A free, confidential 24/7, 365-day-a-year hotline. The Lifeline connects callers to the nearest crisis center in the Lifeline national network. These centers provide crisis counseling and mental health referrals.

National Domestic Violence Hotline:

This 24/7 hotline provides crisis intervention in both English and Spanish, and referrals to local services and shelters for victims of partner or spousal abuse, and connects callers with emergency help in their own communities, including emergency services and shelters. The nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization, operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline.

Trans Lifeline

Dedicated to the well being of transgender people. Their hotline is staffed by transgender people for transgender people.

Therapy for Black Girls

An online space dedicated to encouraging the mental wellness of Black women and girls. Includes a listing of mental health professionals across the country who provide high quality, culturally competent services to Black women and girls.

National Queer & Trans Therapist of Color Network Directory

A healing justice organization that works to transform mental health for queer and trans people of color. Includes directory of Queer and Trans People of Color who are mental health practitioners.

Open Path Psychotherapy Collective

A non-profit nationwide network of mental health professionals dedicated to providing in-office and online mental health care—at a steeply reduced rate—to individuals, couples, children, and families in need.
